We are in 2116 and the world has changed profoundly. A century earlier, a major change revolutionized people's lives, transforming them into being with perfect efficiency but unable to experience any emotion. By now everyone lived life together with their own clone, perfect copy of themselves, with whom they spend their entire existence. Everything was created by the three Great Fathers, born a hundred years earlier, absolute leaders of this revolution because of which there is no longer friendship, family and love. X1 will try to change the course of history by returning in 2016 to prevent the disappearance of feelings helped by its X2 clone, left in the future, by Alice and the man without a double.

Opis
Atak kosmitów, zbroje wspomagane i wielkie biusty.
Wraz z meteorytem na Ziemię przybyli kosmici, jednakże stosunkowo szybko zostali pokonani. Tak przynajmniej się wszystkim wydawało do momentu, w którym wrócili ze zdwojoną siłą. Jeden z takich ataków przeżył sześcioletni Hayato Kisaragi, zdołał także uratować swoją ukochaną przed niechybną śmiercią ze strony kosmitów. Niestety, w wyniku niefortunnego zbiegu okoliczności stracił pamięć. 10 lat po tych wydarzeniach Hayato dostaje się do Bugeiki - elitarnej szkoły stworzonej do walki z kosmitami. Liczy on, że może w tej sławnej akademii pomogą mu odzyskać cenne wspomnienia.
